ANKARA – United Nations Syria Special Envoy Mistura mentioned that they are not far from the final declaration but spokesperson of opponents “A declaration will not be signed” said to different sources.

Paradoxical statements are issued in Astana meeting on Syria crisis which Turkey,Russia and Iran are guarantor.

Spokesperson of opponents said “there will not be a signed declaration” to different sources.

Despite the spokesperson of opponents’ statement, UN Syria Special Envoy Staffan de Mistura said “ We are not far from the final declaration” to AFP
