NEWS BUEROU – President Tayyip Erdoğan signaled that referendum will be issued under the State of Emergency conditions. Erdoğan “ Removing the state of emergency is out of question right now and it will be continue until we get result; also State of Emergency may provide a better ground for referendum” said. Erdoğan also said about Al-Bab operation that there is no need to get deeper in there.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke to journalists in plane during his returning Africa journey.

“We have a famous saying: Water sleeps but enemy doesn’t! Fettullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ) members are the enemy of this country. Security forces and judgement are doing what is necessary now” said Erdoğan.

“Removing the State of Emergency is out of the question. We will keep moving until we get the result. Also State of Emergency may provide the better ground for referendum. The Government believe it. Remember before we came to power there was already State of Emergency and election had been issued under the State of Emergency.

Erdoğan also spoke about the Al-Bab Operation: “ We are already face to face with the Regime. We had also faced in Jarablus. But not directly. They used YPG-PYD. I hope process which started in Astane will continue in Geneva and Al-Bab operation will reach to result. We aim to take Al-Bab as soon as possible but there is no need to go deeper” said Erdoğan
