DİYARBAKIR – HDP Van Parliamentarian Nadir Yıldırım was released after he was taken into custody on “KCK Main Case”. Yıldırım was released after he gave statement.

Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Van Parliamentarian Nadir Yıldırım was taken into custody while he was attending to the case of HDP Diyarbakır Parliamentarian and member of İmralı Committee İdris Baluken in Diyarbakır Courthouse. Yıldırım gave statement on the case of Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) Main Case which he had been imprisoned for five years.

Giving Kurdish statement Nadir Yıldırım “ I had been judged on this case for five years. The reaction that we are not coming to giving a statement is not against the court board but against the power. Because immunity was removed on base of politic. It has never seen such as political judgment in Turkey History. Removing immunity is violation of constitution and we are using our constitution right” said.

“ The ones who prepared this accusation are judged as ‘terrorist’ right now. All cases were dismissed except this case on their period. Therefore this case is continued as politic decision” said.

After the giving statement Yıldırım was released.
