Conscientious objector forced to sign the report in instensive unit

DİYARBAKIR – Conscientious objector Sergen Sucu said that He was forced to sign ‘draft dodger’ protocol by police when he was taken into intensive care right after he had operation.


Conscientious objector and resigned from state institution Sergen Sucu claimed that he was forced to sign ‘draft dodger’ protocol by police. “ Police officer ‘You are draft dodger, you need to sign this paper’ said to me. I said ‘I am a conscientious objector and I will not sign this paper’ to him. But police forced to me to sign it” said Sucu.

“I am one of the witnesses of this ongoing war. I am not going to be a part of this war. I am struggling for peoples’ right not for the state. Therefore I am repeating my objection which I already decelerated on May 2016. I am not draft dodger. I am a conscientious objector and I deny to mechanism of this war” said Sucu.


Sucu also said “ Except doctors no one can enters to intensive care. Police could enter my room because of irresponsibility of the hospital’s authority. Hospital stuff ignored my security which I committed to them. I will apply to the court by my lawyer.”
