İSTANBUL – Austrian Deputy Peter Pilz had commented about Erdoğan’s “Turkey hadn’t been such as free, peaceful and comfort recent years” speech. Pilz “Mussolini also had said ‘Italy lives the freest period” said.

Austrian Deputies Reinhold Lopatka , Peter Pilz and Huber Fuchs spoke to dihaber .

Reinhold Lopatka said “Parliamentarians arrest is upsetting. Legislative immunity guarantees free speech of the elected politicians. If immunity removes especially opposition politician can’t do politics. Parliament can’t work healthy without opposition .I wish my co-workers HDP deputies releases as immediate as possible.”

Peter Pilz thinks Erdoğan destroys Turkey Democracy. Arresting the HDP deputies is a mark of this according to Pilz. The Green Party Deputy Pilz also reminded a speech of Erdoğan to Al-Jazzera TV that he said “People in my country do freely whatever they want. We didn’t impose the ban to anything. Turkey is not a country that under the bans. Turkey has never been free such as last 14 years. No period except last 14 years people lived such as free, peaceful and comfort”. Pilz said this speech of Erdoğan is quite similar with Mussolini speech that He had said “Italy lives the freest period”.

Freiheitliche Partei Österreichs ( FPÖ) Deputy Huber Fuchs said “arresting of Parliament members is unacceptable. All these pressure and violations of rights are linking to Erdoğan. President already had crossed the red-line numbers time. But he crossed a very important red-line now”.

Fuchs also said that they already started to a campaign in their parliament. “We already opened for signature for HDP deputies. All parties have signed this” said Fuchs. “Europeans should not stay behind the scene anymore. They should take an active role .As Austrian parliamentarians we will keep working on it. We should start to talk to place sanctions to Turkey” said Fuchs.
