ADANA – Released four executives of Aladağ Students Dormitory were jailed again on responsibility of occurred fire.
A fire had occurred girl’s dormitory in Aladağ county of Adana which belongs to Süleymancı (İslamic Community) on 29 November 2016. After fire dormitory director Cumali Genç, Aladağ Course and Assistance to School Talent Association chair İsmail Uğur and association executives Ramazan Keleş, Ramazan Dede, Mustafa Öztaş and Mahir Kılınç had been prisoned. But after objection to jailing, four executives had been released on January 22.
After released executives, Adana Bar Children Rights Commission and Human Rights Association’s lawyer objected to decision. Utilized objection by Aladağ Peace Penal Court decided to prisoned the executives again. After the decision executives were sent to jail.
12 people included 10 students had lost their life and 24 had wounded after the fire in dormitory.
