Education right of imprisoned Students revokes by last Decree

ANKARA – İmprisoned students education right were revoked by Decree with Power of Law. Imprisoned students will not sit for examination.




Today 677 number Decree had promulgated as a part of State of Emergence. By last Decree had suspended education rights even so it is taken under constitutional guarantee. According to Decree Education right of imprisoned students who are accused by “member of illegal organization” and “crimes as part of organization activities” was suspended.
