ANKARA – CHP parliamentarian Şenal Sarıhan stated that CHP request an appointment from Justice Ministry on talking hunger strike. “ There is need to taken step before violation right to live and Justice Ministry responsible on this situation” said Sarıhan.




Republic People Party (CHP) Ankara Parliamentarian and human rights activist Sarıhan “ Prisons became unbearable places after state of emergency. There are serious right violations. Therefore there is a meaning to begin a hunger strike in prisons for asking their rights. There is no need to find special ways to resolve prisoners’ problems. Because if authorities follow the existing law anything will be resolved quickly by itself. They should start peace negotiation immediately and make a step to end rights violation in prison. Justice Ministry is responsible to resolve these problems.
