URFA / ANTEP – It was reported citizens met with obstacles during voting in Urfa and Antep. Poll clerks of HDP were battered and forced to move from the village of Şawato in Ceylanpınar county of Urfa.
It was reported that poll clerks of HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) named Necmi Taş and Mahmut Şahin were battered and forced to move from the village of Şawato because request of mukhtar Derviş Gümüş was denied. Gümüş requested to open voting which is not allowed in law.
It was reported executives of HDP objected to board election of the county.
Voting process began with violations in Antep. It was reported some supporters of AKP (Justice and Development Party) vote openly which is not allowed in law. After voting openly ,poll clerks CHP (Republic People Party) objected to treatment.
It was also reported that 52 voting papers are missing in the same school.
