ANKARA –Chair of CHP Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu “ president of constitutional court articulated the referendum was questionable at the 55th anniversary of establishment” said.




Republic People Party (CHP) chairperson Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu made a press statement before CHP council meeting.




“ YSK ( Supreme Council of Election) definitively violated its law. Law says ‘ The envelopes which are not sealed will be consider invalid’. If its unsealed you have to consider invalid. Despite this article unsealed envelopes were considered valid. YSK didn’t response the question yet” said Kılıçdaroğlu.



Kılıçdaroğlu also mentioned he attended to event of 55th years of Constitution Court’s (AYM) establishment. “ President of AYM Zühtü Aslan meant changing the law during voting process is unlawful in his speech” said in the press meeting.
