NEWS BUREAU – HDP lawmaker of Diyarbakır Nursel Aydoğan’s deputyship was dropped after prison sentence of Aydoğan was approved.

HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) lawmaker of Diyarbakır Nursel Aydoğan was punished for four years eight months and seven days prison sentence on charge of “ committing illegal act without being member of illegal organization”. Aydoğan’s deputyship was dropped after prison sentence was confirmed. The decision was announced in the Assembly during General Council meeting.
