ŞIRNAK – Chief Public Prosecution’s Office of Şırnak dropped charge against 28 victims' families' official complaint to basement massacre in Cizre where over 150 people were killed by set up fire on December 14 of 2015.



Families of victims had been applied for official complaint to Chief Public Prosecution’s Office of Şırnak. Prosecution dropped the charge by reason of “ Officials had acted lawfully”. Prosecution also claimed 28 people who were killed in basement by set up fire were “member of illegal organization”.




Families lawyer stated they will object to the decision to supreme court because of there is obviously violation of the rights to life.
