DİYARBAKIR – Soldiers who gravely wounded to villager Osman Yavuz claimed Mesut Yalavuz who was taken into custody by handcuffed was ran away. Family concerned their son was killed by soldiers right after governorship declared two villagers as ‘terrorist’.



Military operation is continuing towards rural of Lice county of Diyarbakır. It had been reported yesterday that villager named Osman Yalavuz was gravely wounded by soldier fire and his cousin Mesut Yalavuz was taken into custody by handcuffed and forced to join to military operation by handcuffed.



According to Mesut Yalavuz’s brother Nimet Yalavuz’s statement, soldier came to village and informed the family that Mesut had ran away from the soldier. Brother Yavuz “ He was sent to operation with soldiers by handcuffed. There were tens of special forces with heavy guns. How is possible that he escaped among those all special forces? My brother might have killed. We are concerned. We will apply to official institutions for my brother” said.



Meanwhile governorship of Diyarbakır made a written statement about the operation of yesterday towards Türeli village of Lice county. “ Two terrorists, one wounded, were captured by state forces during the conflict in the region “ stated governorship.

Osman Yalavuz (30) who was declared as ‘terrorist’ is father of four children and was ranching in the village. Medical treatment of Yalavuz is continuing in the hospital.
