İSTANBUL – HDP group deputy chairperson Ahmet Yıldırım reacted destruction of Kurdish philosopher Ehmedé Xani where was built in Doğubeyazıt by municipality. “ Kurds are wanted to being ruptured of relations with past by these attacks” said Yıldırım.
Workers of Med Culture Center which was closed by decree organized a public concert with slogan of “ Art is not among four walls and art meets with people everywhere” in İstanbul. HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) group deputy chairperson Ahmet Yıldırım and executives attended the public concert. Yıldırım spoke at the public concert. “ Culture and art are memory of society. Kurds culture and literature has been bringin into existence for centuries with oral tradition” said Yıldırım.
Yıldırım also reminded Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had been always commemorated important names of Kurdish culture and literature during his election campaign but today one of the most important name’s statue was destructed by appointed trustee Ulaş Akhan in Doğubeyazıt-Ağrı. Culture is connected with the past and by these attacks Kurds are wanted to being ruptured of relations with the past” said Yıldırım.
