ANTEP – Two and half years prison sentence of HDP Siirt lawmaker Besime Konca was approved. Gonca was judged on claim of ‘propaganda for illegal organization’.


The decision of objection of HDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) Siirt lawmaker Besime Konca was made. The court alleged there is not any missing during judging and collecting evidence process and told that given decision is correct. The court also denied Konca to being released considering imprisonment period of Konca.



HDP’s lawmaker Konca had been jailed on December 13 of 2016 and released on May 3 of 2013. But after objection was made by prosecutor, Konca had been taken into custody on May 29 and jailed at the same day.
