ANKARA – CHP chair Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu spoke out constitution amendment which will start to negotiate tomorrow on January 9. “Turkey will be formed a party's state if this amendment passes.

Republic People Party (CHP) chair Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu spoke about new constitutional amendment. Kılıçdaroğlu pointed that Turkey will be formed a party's state if amendment passes from the embassy.

“State will take form on which party has power. Is here Patagonia? We all have to take responsibility. A new constitution can’t made in a party workshop” said Kılıçdaroğlu.

“We all have to have duty on new constitution. There is a huge difference between our and their minds. 38 articles of constitution had changed in period of Ecevit. Was there crash between parties? No. But Justice and Development Party (AKP) did opposite. They wanted to amend the constitution as imposed” said Kılıçdaroğlu.
